Locality:USA. Alabama. Baldwin: W side of county road 87, 1.4 mile S of US 90. Elsanor Bog
Habitat:Open seepage slope (poor fen) adjacent to creek headwaters. Burned earlier this year. Slash pine, sweetbay, and swamp gum mostly at margins. Dominants include Sarracenia leucophylla, S. alata, Scleria muhlenbergii, Andropogon mohrii, Pleea tenuifolia, Lycopodiella spp., Drosera spp., Dichenthelium spp., Eupatorium spp., Rhynchospora spp. Common at S end, with Sarracenia minor, Solidago pulchra. Planted here, as evidence by prepared soil and other aliean species.
