Locality:USA. Alabama. Dale: Skipperville. In the hardwoods were Dale County Road 68 crosses over Little Judy Creek. Growing close to a small naturally occurring pond that slowly flows into Little Judy Creek. 31° 35' 03" N, 85° 35' 25" W
Description:Rare in wild, but highly cultivated 
Habitat:Moist organic soil, growing in mixed pine and hardwood forest. The area surrounding this patch has recently been clear cut and is now covered in grass
