Locality: | USA. Alabama. Chambers: On privte land, just off N-side of Chambers CR 21 (Madox St.); 0.2 mi E of the railroad crossing on CR 21; 2.0 air mi E of Waverly. |
Habitat: | Several dozen plants growing along edge of clear cut; some about 15 ft tall, but most between 3 and 5 ft. Seedlings (1~ ft tall) also present and spreading into the open. Site was once a horticultural nursery in the early 1900s. |
